My contribution is Oatmeal No-Bake Cookies.
1/2 c nonfat milk
1/4 - 1/2 cup butter (or coconut oil)
2 oz unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup honey
1 t vanilla
1/4 -1/2 cup dry milk powder
3 cups rolled oats
Heat milk, butter, and chocolate over low heat until melted. Remove from heat. Mix in remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper. Chill until firm. Store in fridge.
They don't last long!
